Last fall I planted my front garden bed with as many tulips and daffodils as I could fit. This beauty has won the best in show. It's not a tall tulip but all those petals sure make it a stunner.

Found this tiny friend while tidying in October. I miss the flowers a lot but I think I miss these guys just as much. The plots of large sunflowers in our garden end up being a haven for all the bumblebees every evening. I miss my morning walk through the garden to see them all slowly walking up in the sun.

This beauty in white was on display at the Landscape Ontario Tradeshow in Toronto in January. What a nice thing to see in the middle of winter.

This is an excellent flower if you want a spring bloom in a shadier spot. Extremely delicate and beautiful bloom.
